A CPR course is vital because it teaches you what to do when someone goes into cardiac arrest. Every minute counts; without intervention, the victim's chance of survival is nil.

Our mission is to empower everyone with the knowledge and skills needed to save lives. We offer practical, high-quality training for both adults and children, so you can act confidently in emergency situations. Our course is accessible to everyone, regardless of experience.

At CPR Course, we believe every second counts and that the right training can make a world of difference. Join us and learn how you can make a difference in critical moments. Together, we can save lives!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can anyone take the course?

You can start a CPR course from about the age of 12, because children at that age have the strength and mental resilience, but there are also special training courses for younger children (from 4 years old) that focus on basic skills and helping each other and parents, and the Heart Foundation encourages learning in secondary school.

  • How much does a CPR course (BLS - Basic Life Support) cost?

Because we believe it's incredibly important, we, VOLUNTEERS working for a foundation, want to offer the course FREE OF CHARGE. For companies, we ask for a contribution towards travel expenses and materials. If you'd like to take a course in person, that's also possible. We charge €12.50 for the entire course.

  • Number of persons per course

The maximum number is 6 persons PER course day/part day.
